The purpose of this workshop is to address a prevalent yet current topic: the selection of crucial managers, initially defining what is being sought after by the business, and furthermore whom is being selected.The idea of this workshop of identifying key tools and methodologies that enable family businesses to choose proper managers, was conceived by Professor Gianluca Colombo whilst reading Professor Bernardo Bertoldi and Mr. Fabio Corsico’s work, titled “Manager di Famiglia.”
The workshop will be held entirely in Italian.
