Most organisations are embracing technology and digitalisation as an opportunity for growth and change. But change can be painful, and there aren’t any free lunches at the table of technology. Even one of the most successful leaders in the industry, the founder of Alibaba Jack Ma, foresees that the role of CEO will be taken over by robots. Paolo Tacconi will share his expertise in managing the transition process, how to embrace digitalisation in a modern organisation, and how to lead through transformation.

Examples from Ferrari, Microsoft, Fintech and media will be discussed with help from people in the audience.

Are you ready for change?
