Candidates will be considered eligible according to the EMBA requirements, and must follow the usual procedure to apply for the Executive Master.The Scholarship Committee is designated to evaluate all candidacies and will consequently grant the scholarship based on merit.

Basic eligibility requirements for the grant
- Executives that participate in the HR Ticino Congress, which will be held on Friday, 18th November 2016.
- Candidates must have a minimum of four years, full-time work experience, evidence of leadership experience or potential.
- Candidates must apply to the USI EMBA program, have been admitted, and make a formal request for the scholarship.
- The candidate awarded with the grant will be approved as specified below by the Scholarship Committee. The current EMBA Co-Directors and the President of HR Ticino Association compose the Scholarship Committee.
The Committee will meet after the HR Ticino Congress in November 2016 and will communicate the decisions directly to the applicants. The Committee’s ruling is final and cannot be disputed.
The grant is funded by the USI-EMBA in the form of a study scholarship, which is non-refundable.
Value
The scholarship is worth CHF 45’000 (100% of the total fee).
Selection criteria
To be granted the scholarship candidates must:
- Possess significant working experience.
- Have been admitted to EMBA 2016-2017.
- Must not hold sponsorship by company, organization or institution to attend the USI-EMBA.
