Digital transformation is about adapting businesses to a “new normal”. Through this immersive programme you will:

  • Develop a systematic understanding of the opportunities and challenges related to the “new normal” enabled by digital technology diffusion;
  • Develop a systematic understanding of the strategic trade-offs to build a digital transformation roadmap;
  • Develop a systematic understanding of the role of AI in business models;
  • Develop a systematic understanding of the key leadership, cultural and organizational hurdles to make the transformation happen;
  • Reflect on the personal leadership traits required to lead the digital transformation;
  • Sharpen the skills to make the digital transformation happen.

Conceptual and practical understanding will be developed through interactive lectures, cases, several videos, and applied workshops.
